TEMPORARY INACTIVE Member Donations

As a Temporary Inactive Member of the Cincinnatus Association, you are temporarily
relieved of requirements for participation. Your membership allows you to attend and
participate in any Association dinner, event or meeting.  Your Membership Dues have
been waived.  Dinner attendance requires payment of the effective Dinner Guest Charge.

As the Association does, however, incur expenses to support our activities and
infrastructure, we ask that our Temporary Inactive Members consider a voluntary
donation to the Association.  This will allow us to continue to pursue what we all
believe to be invaluable goals and to support the Association's events and activities.

Cincinnatus Association (EIN 31-1337954) is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code
     section 501c(4), a social welfare organization.
Cincinnatus Community Fund, Inc. (EIN 27-5469290) is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue
     Code section 501c(3), a charitable organization.

               Make check payable to "Cincinnatus Association."  Please ensure that the member's
               name is clearly noted on the check, especially when paying with a company check.

          Active Member Dues are currently $325.
          Service Roll Dues are currently $225.
