Adding & Changing Panels
Given the inherently changing nature of significant issues affecting the quality of life in any large metropolitan region, it is understood and anticipated that new panels (permanent or temporary) can and will be created to address such selected issues should they fall significantly beyond the "scope" of an existing panel. Conversely, should the Association determine that an issue or arena no longer warrants the significant attention of an Association panel, then an existing panel can and should be eliminated.
