MEMBER DUES
Member Dues are paid through other pages of this website. Select by Member Status:
Active Member Temporary Inactive Member
Service Roll Member Honorary Member New Member
DUES LATE FEES
There is a $25 late fee assessed to any member whose dues have not been paid in full as of two months after the original due date. An additional fee of $10 is assessed each month thereafter for which dues remain unpaid.
DINNER GUESTS
Association members are welcomed and encouraged to bring guests to our member dinner meetings and program presentations. As part of hosting guests at our meetings, the inviting member is responsible for the costs of the guest's attendance. Most of our meetings, presentations and events are free of charge to all members and participants, with the principal exception of our monthly dinner meetings.
- If your guest eats dinner, there is a Guest Dinner Charge of $35.
- If your guest does not eat dinner, there is no charge.
Guest Dinner Fees are payable on or before the evening of the event.
35% of your dues qualifies as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
No goods or services are provided in return for this "contribution" portion of your annual dues.
Cincinnatus Association (EIN 31-1337954) is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code
section 501c(4), a social welfare organization.
Cincinnatus Community Fund, Inc. (EIN 27-5469290) is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue
Code section 501c(3), a charitable organization.

Make check payable to "Cincinnatus Association." Please ensure that the member's
name is clearly noted on the check, especially when paying with a company check.
