Justice In Sentencing - Issues Page

In 2006, the Community Inclusion Panel of the Cincinnatus Association began supporting a study of criminal sentencing and juvenile dispositions in Hamilton County.  Funding was sought and received from the Stephen H. Wilder Foundation for this study, which is deigned to determine the existence and extent of any racial disparities.
