The Greater Cincinnati Commitment

WELCOME!

The Greater Cincinnati Commitment, created and first approved by the Cincinnatus Association in September 2004 (and revised slightly in 2007) provides Cincinnatus members and the community at large the opportunity to inaugurate a movement that will ultimately change the climate of our region. 

The language of the Greater Cincinnati Commitment was chosen to reflect the signer's affirmation or re-affirmation not only to disavow all forms of racism and prejudice on a personal level, but also to join with others in taking steps aimed at dismantling the residue of past racism, prejudice and stereotypes of all forms that persist in the Cincinnati region to this day in the form of enduring race-based inequities, in whatever sphere they are manifest.  

The Challenge
