Community Inclusion Panel Homepage

The Community Inclusion Panel is a group of active and involved Cincinnatus Association members focused on uniting all members of the community across racial, ethnic, economic and religious boundaries in planning and improving our future by going beyond both individual behavioral transformation and organizational identity transformation toward a vision of a community of caring people, intentional inclusion, and shared power where systemic racism does not exist.

In 2007, the Panel developed the following vision and mission statements to guide its current work efforts:

VISION:  The work of the Community Inclusion Panel has established the Cincinnatus Association as one of the most effective and highly respected civic organizations engaged in eliminating race-based inequities within the Cincinnati metropolitan area.

MISSION: The mission of the Cincinnatus Association's Community Inclusion Panel is to significantly contribute to the region's progress toward equity of opportunity for all citizens irrespective of race to the extent that this becomes a nationally recognized hallmark of the region.

Panel Meetings
The Panel's regular monthly meeting is held the first Monday of each month 11:30am - 1:00pm at the Health Foundation offices, 5th floor, Rookwood Tower, 3805 Edwards Road.

Important Note: While the Association's standing meetings are regular and consistent, some meetings are relocated, postponed or cancelled for a variety of reasons.  If you plan to attend a meeting which you are not in the communication network for, it is recommended that you confirm the meeting's time and location with the meeting chair a few days prior to the meeting.
