The Association's Committees
The administrative work of The Cincinnatus Association is the responsibility of the Executive Committee which, as the circumstances warrant, will delegate to the Executive Administrator, Panels and/or Committees.  All members in good standing are eligible to be on any committee.

Executive Committee
Headed by the duly-elected Association President and other officers, the Executive Committee meets monthly to hear and address all matters of organizational administration.  Panel Chairs normally provide reports on activities and issues.  All members are welcomed to attend, but are requested to advise the President if they have a matter needing to be on the Committee's agenda.

Finance Committee

Appointed annually by the Association President and chaired by the Association Treasurer, the Finance Committee strategically oversees and coordinates the development and maintenance of funding and finances for the Association.

Marketing Committee*
Appointed annually by the Association President, the Marketing Committee develops and maintains a marketing and communications plan to externally icrease the image and awareness of The Cincinnatus Association in our community and to internally improve the knowledge and awareness of Association members regarding the activities and positions of the Associations and its panels.

Membership Committee*
Appointed annually by the Association President and chaired by the Association Vice President, the Membership Committee monitors and manages the administrative aspects of the Association's membership, including new member recommendations, dues, member status changes, and member activity and involvement.

Nominating Committee
Appointed annually by the Association President, the Nominating Committee identifies and names at the April members' meeting one or more candidates for each officer and at-large Executive Committee position.

Program Coordinating Committee*
Appointed annually by the Association President, the Program Coordinating Committee coordinates and defines the presentational content of monthly dinner meetings.

* - The Constitution of The Cincinnatus Association requires and defines only the Executive Committee and the Nominating Committee.  The remaining committees are ad hoc, subject to Executive Committee discretion as to creation, continuation and termination.
