During their regular meeting on February 19, the Cincinnatus Executive Committee approved communicating to all Association members that they endorse and support the approval of the CPS Emergency Operating Levy, Issue 10 in the upcoming ballot.  This action was predicated on the member approval at our October 2007 meeting to endorse a similar CPS Emergency Levy, which was subsequently defeated. A member vote on this new endorsement was to be taken at the Association's February dinner meeting.  Unfortunately, that meeting was cancelled due to inclement weather.  With the next Association dinner meeting not occurring until after the March 4 election, the Executive Committee decided that it was important to pronounce the Association's support in a timely manner.
