The Executive Committee and the Community Inclusion Panel today issued an open letter to two members of Cincinnati City Council, lauding their opposition to the promotion of a police officer.  The letter supported the stance against the promotion of Officer Patrick Caton and questioned the adequacy of the current processes for promotional consideration.
